Aa Gupchup Gupchup Pyar Kare- Sandhya Mukherjee and Hemantkumar- Film Saza 1951- Lyricist Rajendra Krishna- Music S.D.Burman

Although Lata Mangeshkar sang five songs (solos and duets) in the film Saza 1951, this serene and calm duet sung by Hemant Kumar and Sandhya Mukherjee steals the show. Hemant Kumar came to Bombay in 1942 to establish his career as singer, but could not make any impact in Hindi Films. He therefore returned to Calcutta. His second inning started with film Saza, released in 1951, in which he sung this duet with Sandhya Mukherjee. Sandhya also started her carrer as a singer in films like "Anjangarh", Jhoothi Kasam", "Savyasachi" and "Pahala Aadami", but could not establish herself as singer. However Both Hemant Kumar and Sandhya Mukherjee got real recognition and fame by this duet in Saza. Another solo sung by Sandhya Mukherjee in this film was "Ye Baat Koi Samzaye Re", which was also excellent. Although after Saza, Sandhya Mukherjee sang in many Hindi films, she could not make her place in Hindi Filmdom, because of inherent Bengaliness in her voice. She remained confined to Bengali songs in Bengali films in Calcutta. For many years, she was the prominent voice of the eminent and talented Bengali actress Suchitra Sen. Hemant Kumar's career however catapulted from this movie as a singer having rich, resonant and sonorous voice.

The subtle yet deeply passionate onscreen romance between actress Nimmi and Dev Anand, the love emanating from their affectionate glance to each other, truly brings forth the joy and satisfaction ,the two love birds feel in each other's company. Even the presence of moon hanging in the sky as a confidante of their love is not desirable here, hence they urge and repeatedly request the moon to disappear behind the cloud so that they can enjoy the stealth in love. They complain to the moon to beat the retreat because the night is coming to end fast, and they should not be left thirsty, devoid of love moments.
