Majboor Meri aakhein Barbad mera Dil hai-Lata Mangeshkar- Film Nirala 1950-Lyricist P.L.Satoshi-C.Ramchandra.

Lata had sung five solo songs in this film.  The three solos namely "Mehfilmein Jal Uthi Shama", "Aisi Mohabbat Se Ham Baaz aaye" and this song were sad songs filmed on Madhubala. These songs are considered to be timeless classic songs, and are still rvered by discerned listeners to this day.

Producer J.P Tiwari of this film, was not sure of success of this film, hence offered the option to reimburse the ticket price in the interval ,if the viewer did not approve the movie. However, no one availed the offer. The movie was declared hit. The music of the film played the important role in the success. From here on, the association of Lata and C.Ramchandra started to flourish. Later on, this association would produce many musical gems that would mesmerize the  coming generations.
